What is M3?
The overarching goal of M3 is to enable and spur interactions within the very broad community of scientists interested in microbiome within the (loosely defined) Mid-Atlantic region, including academia, government, and industry participants alike. The goal of this website is to serve as a landing page for all things M3, in addition to providing a website for updates and news associated with microbiome research, challenges, and opportunities. Agenda highlights Discussion/talks on standards in metagenome interpretation Lightning talk session focusing on emerging technologies and standardization challenges Software school focusing on software benchmarking, validation, with an overview of bioboxes.
We look forward to seeing you at CAMI+M3!
