We are excited to announce the launch of the new CAMI portal, providing new functionalities for people to assess their metagenomics software online, in between challenges. Provide reproducible tool results or other substantial contributions and become part of the CAMI benchmarking portal paper! Results can be immediately assessed on the CAMI I and II datasets.

CAMI is a community-based initiative aiming to provide a comprehensive and unbiased assessment of metagenomics software for common tasks such as assembly, genome binning, taxonomic binning, and taxonomic profiling. It does so by providing benchmarking challenges and the benchmarking portal. Everyone is welcome to contribute.

Suggestions for further features, bug reports, and all kinds of feedback are all very welcome. To facilitate this, we have prepared a questionnaire.
